Emergency in the store? Tell us in clear words where you click and what happens next. "NOTHING WORKS!!!" is not helpful.
"I click on Checkout in the Firefox browser on my Samsung Galaxy S21 and all I get is a blank white page" - that helps us.
Please understand that we only process emergencies at weekends and after work when the store is no longer available. "I have forgotten my password" is not an emergency.
Give us a cell phone number where you can be reached NOW - and please don't run away. Stay reachable until we are done.
Unless it's three in the morning in Germany. Then we'll just talk about it in the morning.
Please have your FTP data and admin login ready.
Even if we have the current access data from most stores, it can happen that we have not saved exactly yours.
The store is suddenly no longer available? In such cases, as our hosting customer you can also call us at the weekend or in the evening. If possible, we will help you immediately or at least promptly.
